This is a poetry for self-expression workshop particularly hoping to encourage neurodivergent people to create new writing. All Welcome!

Welcome to the Art: Up poetry workshop!

Everyone is invited to this two-hour writing for self-expression poetry workshop on the theme “Changing Tides”.

Facilated by creative wellbeing specialist Polly Barnes, this workshop is especially designed to support neurodivergent people in creating new writing.

Everyone is welcome to attend; spaces are free, but limited, so we recommend booking in advance.
