Through stories and shared plates\, we'll uncover the cultural connections behind everyday ingredients and iconic dishes.\n\nThe tasting menu includes a rich Kenyan kidney bean and coconut stew\, bold Tandoori Patatas Bravas\, refreshing Indonesian pineapple rojak salad\, and the fragrant Shirin Pulao from Azerbaijan—a sweet\, saffron-scented rice dish inspired by the Silk Route.\n\nThis event is inspired by my book Flavours Without Borders—a celebration of food\, memory\, and migration.
