Shoeburyness to Grays

Join T100 and Beach of Dreams as we make our way along the Estuary over the Bank Holiday weekend. A chance to explore the characteristics of the landscapes we pass through and connect with local communities, history and music along the way.

Overview of stages:

Friday 23 May – Shoeburyness to Westcliff with local history guide and music performances on Southend pier

Saturday 24 May – Westcliff to Benfleet via Old Leigh with local cadets sailing alongside and a visit to the Heritage Centre in Old Leigh

Sunday 25 May – Benfleet to Stanford-le-Hope via Pitsea with morris performances and conservation talk at the Thameside

Monday 26 May – Stanford-le-Hope to Grays via East Tilbury & 2 Forts Way. Ending at The Wharf in Grays with an early evening gig with local performers celebrating the river through song.
